Full Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price and technical proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Physical Access Control Systems Maintenance Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
MICC -FB intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Physical Access Control Systems Maintenance Services at Fort Belvoir, VA. The period of performance shall be for one (1) nine-month (9) Base Year and three (3) twelve-month (12) option years in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
The period of performance is as follows:
Base Year 29 September 2026 through 28 June 2027
Option Year I 29 June 2027 through 28 June 2028
Option Year II 29 June 2028 through 28 June 2029
Option Year III 29 June 2029 through 28 June 2030
Special Qualifications: The Contractor shall be licensed IAW HSPD-12, GSA, and FIPS 201 standards; and minimum (2) years’ experience required for technician. The submission of technician's resume is required with submission of the proposal. The Contractor shall maintain up-to-date qualification packages and resumes for all assigned personnel.
