Instructions on how to submit your application are posted on the WorkSafeBC website at the following location: Becoming a contracted musculoskeletal physiotherapy provider - WorkSafeBCAny questions regarding this application process should be emailed to procurement@worksafebc.com, quoting “Vendor Application for Physiotherapy and Early Access to Physiotherapy Program (EAPP) Services” in the subject line of the email.
