Physiotherapy Services for Offenders – Quebec Region This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region (9 institutions). Contractor personnel must hold a valid Reliability Status security clearance granted or verified by Correctional Service Canada. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada requires the provision of physiotherapy services to offenders across the nine federal institutions in the Quebec Region, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation planning, and progress reporting. Objectives: To provide professional physiotherapy services that support the health needs of offenders and ensure continuity of care across the Quebec Region institutions. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, rehabilitation recommendations, and clinical documentation in accordance with CSC standards. Services may be delivered on site at institutions and must be provided in either official language as required. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: The Work under Streams A to H is to be performed during the period of September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029, with one (1) optional one year renewal period from September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030.
