Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers only. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid that meets all mandatory requirements. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Contractor personnel must hold a valid Reliability Status security clearance granted or verified by Correctional Service Canada. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada requires the provision of physiotherapy services to offenders across the nine federal institutions in the Quebec Region, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation planning, and progress reporting. Objectives: To provide professional physiotherapy services that support the health needs of offenders and ensure continuity of care across the Quebec Region institutions.
