Seules les entreprises et/ou personnes, sociétés, compagnies et corporations ayant une place d’affaires au Québec ou dans une province ayant conclu un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés publics applicables à la Municipalité, qui détiennent les qualifications reconnues sont admises à soumissionner.
