Invitation to Submit Proposal:Hudson River Park Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). General background and the services to be performed are summarized below; additional details may be found in the full RFP.Respondents are required to disclose any conflict(s) of interest that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts.Subject to the availability of funds and the responses to this RFP, the Trust will select one or more consultants(s) to provide the services. The consultants(s) shall be experienced in all aspects of the services.Introduction:The Consultant’s team (“Consultant Team”) shall provide comprehensive phased construction management services to support construction activities for the Pier 97 Esplanade within Hudson River Park (“Park”), as well as the adjacent New York State Department of Transportation (“NYSDOT”) Route 9A Bikeway. The Consultant shall perform constructability reviews, identify contract document deficiencies, complete cost estimates, identify value engineering strategies, and assist with the construction procurement process. During construction, the Consultant shall plan, oversee, monitor, direct, and supervise construction, as well as schedule various field inspections as directed by the Trust. The Consultant shall not perform any direct construction work.This project is funded in part through a federal Transportation Alternatives Program (“TAP”) grant administered by NYSDOT.Documents will be available on October 1, 2026. Interested firms may request the RFP by a completed RFP Request Form, attached hereto, to the RFP e-mail listed below.The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency.
