Proposals will be received by Tobyhanna Township via PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 1:00 PM, October 13, 2026 for the “Pinecrest Wetland Mitigation Site”
Work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for wetland mitigation site work in the Pinecrest Lake Golf Course property.
Contractor must comply with PA Prevailing Wage requirements.
Questions will only be accepted via PennBid until 11:00 AM, October 6, 2026.
Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond payable to Owner for not less than 10% of bid amount. Bonds must be from companies licensed in the Owner’s state.
Bids shall be submitted unconditionally and may not be withdrawn for 30 days after bid opening.
Tobyhanna Township reserves the right to reject any/all bids or parts thereof and accept the bid deemed in the Township’s best interest.
