Planning and Permit Consultant

This subcontract for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita seeks a Licensed Architect or Professional Planner to serve as a Planning and Permit Consultant. The selected professional will be responsible for managing the Conditional Use Permit process and producing stamped construction drawings and floor plans for a 1,200 square foot space. The scope of work involves direct coordination with the city planning department to ensure all requirements are met for facility projects. The primary deliverables for this engagement are an approved Conditional Use Permit and finalized architectural drawings provided to the prime contractors.
