RFQ 2026-04 Annual Architectural Services- Short Listed Firms

Tallahassee State College is soliciting qualifications through RFQ 2026-04 for a continuing services contract to provide annual architectural services for new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. The contract has a maximum potential term of three years, consisting of an initial period with optional one-year renewals based on performance and funding. Work will be assigned on a rotating basis, and the selected firm must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA standards, and State Requirements for Educational Facilities. If federal funding is utilized, the contractor must adhere to additional requirements such as the Davis Bacon Wage Act and 2 CFR Part 200. The selection process involves a written proposal evaluation followed by a short-listing process for formal presentations. Written proposals are scored based on criteria including architectural experience, management adequacy, project workload, and past performance. Proposers must be licensed architects in Florida and provide evidence of corporate good standing. The evaluation committee is scheduled to meet on October 20, 2026, at 10:00 am in Facilities Building 54, Room 211 to review and score the qualifications. Contract administration is managed by Dustin Frost, and payment terms are set at Net 30 following the receipt of an acceptable invoice.
