The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualified firms to provide planning services for Bryan County and the Cities of Pembroke and Richmond Hill for Safe Streets and Road for all (SS4A) Safety Action Plan. Proposals will be received until 2:00pm on August 14, 2026, EST

Questions must be submitted via email to snewman@bryancountyga.gov no later than Monday, July 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be considered. The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring receipt of addendums and timely submission.
Bryan County will select the firm deemed in the judgment of the Board of Commissioners to be the most qualified and best meets the requirements of the Commission. This RFP shall in no manner be construed as a commitment on the part of the Commission to execute a contract, to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of proposals to this request, or to procure or contract for any services. The Commission reserves the right to reject any proposal, which in its opinion does not have adequate qualifications. Furthermore, the Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals for any reason(s) or for no reason(s).
