PLER2025-00096 AC Overlay Project 2026 Phase C (Contract No. 4687)

Roadways within the specified limits will be improved with either a conventional or rubberized asphalt concrete overlay or a slurry seal, while bridge decks will receive a one-inch polyester concrete overlay to enhance durability and surface condition. Associated work includes the construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, repair of damaged pavement sections, conform grinding, adjustment of manholes to ensure proper alignment, and full roadway striping. All activities will be confined to existing developed roadways with no new impervious surfaces introduced. The project is managed by Sacramento County under contract number 4687, identified by control number PLER2025-00096, and is forecasted for implementation in 2026.
