In accordance with RFO 16.507-6, CBP intends to award a task/delivery order without considering other awardees. U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate an Award with vendor PENLINK LTD, 5944 Vandervoort Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska 68516  for the installation, licensing, maintenance, database support, systems engineering services, and end-user training for PENLINK LTD’s proprietary PLX software solution. to support the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), Law Enforcement Operations Directorate (LEOD), Intelligence Division (INTEL), located in Washington, DC.
