Sealed bids will be received online by Plymouth Township via PennBid until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Friday, July 31, 2026 at which time they will be opened online and posted via PennBid for:
PLYMOUTH INTERCEPTOR PHASE III B CONTRACT 23-01A or 23-01B
Contract 23-01A consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18” diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 353 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way
OR
Contract 23-01B consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18” diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 220 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Plymouth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Plymouth Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
Bidders are required to submit their Contractor Responsibility Certification Form by 10:00 A.M. prevailing time Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Only pre-qualified Bidders will be able to bid on the project. Bidders should review the content of the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form (Document 00 4515) as well as the provisions of the Responsible Contractor Resolution also found in Document 00 4515. Bidders are required to pre-qualify prior to submitting a bid. Include with the submission of the Certification Form, all necessary background information as proof of meeting these requirements. No bid may be withdrawn except as permitted by the Pennsylvania Bid Withdrawal Act, 73 P.S. sect. 1601 et seq., unless otherwise provided in the Instructions to Bidders. In no event may a bid be withdrawn until at least sixty (60) days have elapsed following the date of the bid opening.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the offices of Plymouth Township, 700 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Plymouth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
