PMX-281 FOR PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking sources for a five-year, firm-fixed-price task order under SeaPort-NxG to provide comprehensive program and project management services for the PMX-281 Strike Planning and Execution Systems. The scope of work includes administrative, budget financial management, configuration management, acquisition, and corporate operations services supporting various Integrated Product Teams. This support covers the Naval Mission Planning Family of Systems, Theater Mission Planning Center, Air Wing Ship Integration, and Aviation Mission Planning Cell, encompassing both domestic and foreign military sales. The anticipated period of performance begins in May 2027, consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with work performed at Patuxent River, MD, the Washington Planning Center, and other CONUS/OCONUS locations. Key deliverables include monthly status reports and incurred cost reports, with financial tracking conducted through systems such as Navy ERP and PBIS.
