NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia plans to award a sole source contract to TEXTRON SYSTEMS CORPORATION for the repair of three circuit card assemblies identified by NSN 5998015088196 and part number 40294-47070-10. The procurement follows FAR Part 15 procedures and is not governed by FAR Part 12 as a commercial item acquisition, though firms may still propose commercial alternatives within the five-day window. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334412, and the product service code is 5998. UID requirements and Buy American Act clauses will apply. The solicitation will be issued electronically via NECO on or about May 12, 2026, with responses due by May 17, 2026.
