Pole

Nashville Electric Service is soliciting bids for 400 treated 40-foot Class 4 poles with 0076 ft-kips. The poles must be manufactured from either Southern Pine according to NES specification 33-151R13 or Douglas Fir according to NES specification 33-252R10, and all units must be roofed and gained per NES Drawing 910. The selected vendor is responsible for shipping the poles via truck freight to various yards in Nashville, Tennessee, and must provide the necessary equipment and operator to unload the poles. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM CST, and all poles will be subject to inspection by a company designated on the purchase order. Bids must be submitted through the Vendor Web Portal by 2:00 PM local time on November 5, 2026. Quoted prices must remain valid for acceptance through November 18, 2026. When submitting, vendors must specify their earliest delivery time in calendar days, as delivery speed may be a determining factor in the award process.
