Questions//Answers: Questions and Answers 1: Are we pouring a concrete slab? Are there any specifics on the structure or will square tubing and C purlins be acceptable? Answer: Square tubing and C purlins would be fine were looking at 30w x 40d x 20h. Needs to be fully enclosed with any combo of doors on the south end. Opening for the door must be greater than 12ft h x 10ft w. No slab just poured sono tube at each leg were going to have crushed rock inside after the project is finished. Questions and Answers 2: Are you looking to do a weld up or bolt up building? Does 2/12 pitch work or do you need something steeper? Do you need gutters? Do you need us to include rolled 3 insulation? Or are you going another route like spray foam? The roll up door being 20 tall and a 20 tall building will not work, would you like to make the building taller or the door shorter? Where exactly on the building is the roll up door going to go? Do you want the skylights just on the top 3 of the wall? Or how much of the wall needs to be skylights? Answer: We would like it to be bolt up 2/12 pitch is good no gutters and sky lights no insulation looking at a standard door opening 10'w x 16'h. The door will be on the southern 30ft end of the building. Additional note: We are going to install this ourselves and just looking for the components to be shipped here.
