The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a Standing Quotation (SQ) for one (1) National Stock number (NSN) 7930-00-205-2874 - Polish, Shoe (Black). The SQ will be awarded for a four (4) year period not to exceed $100,000 with annual reviews. Offer(s) will be evaluated and award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable offer. 1.
