A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE CONTRACTOR WHOSE BID BEST SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST AND BEST SERVES THE INTEREST OF POLK COUNTY. SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 4:00PM LEGALLY PREVAILING TIME ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024, IN THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE LOCATED AT 216 MAIN STREET IN CEDARTOWN, GA 30125.

This is a turnkey project, as the contractor will be expected to deliver a complete project, ready for use. Engineered drawings and specifications have been attached to this document.
