POOL DECK RESURFACING - ALINE WOLFE ADULT RECREATION CENTER

The City of Smyrna is soliciting proposals under RFP 27-005 for a qualified contractor to evaluate, repair, and resurface the pool deck at the Aline Wolfe Adult Recreation Center located at 884 Church Street, Smyrna, Georgia. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and permits to install a durable, safe, slip-resistant, and maintainable resurfacing system suitable for a public aquatic facility. Additionally, the contractor must assess and propose solutions for the existing perimeter deck-drain system and localized poor drainage. The project is scheduled to be performed while the pool is closed and drained between December 21, 2026, and January 8, 2027.
