The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of a certification grade Portable Emissions Measurement System suited to measure the concentration of certain species in the exhaust gas of heavy-duty vehicles, engines, and equipment. The System will be used in the heavy-duty engine laboratory at NRC, Ottawa Montreal Road campus and in-use applications outside of the laboratory.
