Solicitation Number: 4AFESG-08-A-0001 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NO. 4AFESG-08-A-0001 POSTAL RETAIL LOBBY FULL SERVICE COUNTER The United States Postal Service is inviting interested suppliers to register their interest in participating in a future Request for Proposal process for a proposed Postal Retail Lobby Full Service Counters by submitting an informational proposal in response to this Request for Information (RFI). This (RFI) will enable Suppliers to provide information on their products and services to meet this requirement, assist the Postal Service with implementation, evaluate market and supplier capability for a potential short list to which a potential Request for Proposal (RFP) may be issued. It is not intended that suppliers prepare detailed technical or price proposals at this stage but to provide basic information regarding capabilities and an indication, in broad terms, as to how they would approach working with the US Postal Service (USPS) to achieve the objectives set forth in this RFI. In their response, suppliers are directed to provide sufficient detail to demonstrate their present capabilities, how this capability responds to this requirement and how their present capability can be leveraged to meet the objectives of this requirement.
