The Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), through the Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), has a requirement for the supply of Power Consoles (PC) with high-speed drills to replace their existing, outdated and less advanced, Hundson Brace hand drills. The Power Consoles and high-speed drills are intended to enable 1 Canadian Field Hospital to carry out its mission to conduct lifesaving Damage Control Surgery for patients with neurosurgical damage. The initial requirement is for two (2) Power Console units delivered to Petawawa, Ontario, Canada with consumable units as outlined in Annex B – Basis of Payment, delivered on or before 27 February 2026.
