This acquisition is a one-time procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) being conducted under SPECIAL EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY (SEPA). NSN: 6130-01-284-4195 Name: Power Supply Adapter MX-10862/VRC Expected Procurement Quantity: 5. Note: Quantity range pricing is requested in section Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs, but the resultant contract will be for a fixed quantity. ***INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATIONS (ITAR): The Technical Data Package (TDP) is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). Distribution is authorized to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors on request. These documents contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401 et seq.), as amended. Dissemination of these documents is in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. The contractor must maintain an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) for the entire contract period of performance. To obtain the TDP, prospective offerors must be registered with the Joint Certification Program (JCP), and send an email to the person listed in box 5B on page one with a copy of your JCP certification. Once the email is received the TDP will be sent to the requester via DoD SAFE website at https://safe.apps.mil.
