The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, through the Department of the Interior’s IT Services, is soliciting support for maintenance operations across three National Wildlife Refuges in the United States Virgin Islands—Sandy Point, Green Cay, and Buck Island—under solicitation number 140F1S26Q0050. The contractor will provide a single worker to perform a wide range of moderate to very heavy physical tasks, including general maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems at refuge facilities such as offices, maintenance buildings, pavilions, signages, fences, and bird blinds. Groundskeeping duties encompass mowing, trimming, debris removal, planting native vegetation, invasive species removal, and upkeep of trails, walkways, and parking areas.
