AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 10, 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Temperature Control System National Research Council (NRC) has a requirement for the supply of a Temperature Control System. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be on or before May 1, 2023. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Annex A – Requirement of the Request for Proposal. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
