AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 31 January at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Detection Technology Field Support has a requirement to purchase new Contraband Field inspection Kits. This Statement of Requirements (SOR) established criteria for the procurement and technical support for contraband field inspection kits that will be used by Border Services Officers (BSO) at Canadian ports of entry for the inspection of various conveyances and commodities. The CBSA has an immediate requirement for the purchase of 19 contraband field inspection kits, to be ordered through a subsequent call-up. The final Standing Offer will include an agreement whereby the CBSA may exercise the irrevocable option to purchase up to 100 additional kits, in one or multiple separate orders.
