The Lee County Board of Supervisors is soliciting bids for the construction of the Lee County Adult Detention Center – Phase II (Project 2024502 / RFx 3170036665) in Tupelo, Mississippi. The scope of work is divided into multiple building bid packages covering a wide range of services, including cast-in-place and precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, general works, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and specialized detention, security, laundry, and food service equipment. A bid fair was scheduled for September 10, 2026, at the Century Construction Group Tupelo Office to assist prospective bidders. Bid submissions are subject to a staggered opening schedule between October 8 and October 13, 2026, at designated locations in Tupelo.
