2.0 Purpose and Disclaimer

The Alabama Army National Guard, on behalf of the 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) (SFG)(A), is seeking to identify capable, qualified, and experienced sources (specifically targeting Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Business [WOSB], and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business [SDVOSB] concerns) to provide comprehensive Pre-Mission Readiness Training.

The feedback received from this SSS will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition path, specifically whether a competitive set-aside or full-and-open competition is warranted.

3.0 Summary of Requirement

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to execute four (4) highly specialized tactical training courses designed for Special Operations Forces (SOF):

Mobile Force Protection Course (5-Day): Evasive driving (Level I-IV), tactical off-road driving, counter-vehicular ambush tactics, night mobility, and terminal ballistics windshield drills.
Optional Advanced Skills Training Course: Tailored force protection modules including Weapons Live Fire (US/foreign weapons), Combat Driving, Operational Explosives (C-4, Semtex, TNT breaching), Counter-Surveillance, Vehicle Commandeering (hot-seat/hot-wiring), and Operational Medicine.
