No response is required.The Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Services (AFFES) Branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources (Ministry) requires a vendor to provide Food Kits in support of fire operations during the forest fire season to the Kenora, Thunder Bay, and Greenstone Fire Management Headquarters.Bidders may bid on any or all of the Lots (Lot 1 – Food Kits for Kenora Fire Management Headquarters, Lot 2 – Food Kits for Thunder Bay Fire Management Headquarters and Lot 3 – Food Kits for Greenstone Fire Management Headquarters).When requested by the Ministry, the Vendor will be required to supply and deliver the following:•48 Hour Fireline Food Kits - provision, supply, and delivery (with options for meat and vegan friendly vegetarian).•Food Requisition Orders – provision, supply, and delivery of supplemental orders (with options for meat, and vegan friendly vegetarian).Quality is of the essence to the Ministry; therefore the Ministry will not accept any food items that are not of the highest quality. For example, Grade “A” or better.The Vendor will be responsible for adhering to and abiding by all applicable provincial acts, regulations and by-laws, including, but not limited to the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.
