The contract will provide 192,500 engineering service hours on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis and cover associated travel on a cost-no-fee basis, as authorized under FAR 52.217-9. This procurement is restricted exclusively to Lockheed Martin Corporation due to its unique and irreplaceable expertise in managing the proprietary hardware, tooling, and test/inspection systems required for AGMS production and problem resolution.
