Notice for 12-month bridge extension to Contract W31P4Q-23-C-0035 for the acquisition of Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) Engineering Services and associated travel. This synopsis is published in accordance with FAR 5.101 and is not a request for proposal or information.
The Army Contracting Command—Redstone Arsenal has a requirement to solicit and award a 12-month bridge extension to Contract W31P4Q-23-C-0035 for the acquisition of engineering services and associated travel in support of the Laser HELLFIRE and Joint-Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) collectively known as the AGMS Family of Missiles. The contractor shall provide AGMS Engineering Services which consist of program management, engineering, product assurance, logistics, configuration management, test/evaluation, and production engineering support required to maintain the capability of the AGMS Family of Missiles in support of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Foreign Military Sales, and Other Customers.
The 12-month bridge extension to Contract W31P4Q-23-C-0035 will be awarded in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis for the acquisition of 192,500 engineering service hours and on a cost-no-fee basis for the associated travel.
This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), 5600 West Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 (Cage Code 04939). LMC is the single source possessing the unique knowledge and expertise required to manage and update the peculiar hardware design, tooling, and test/inspection equipment required to produce and inspect the AGMS Family of Missiles to resolve problems promptly as they occur.
