20 May 2026 – Pre-Solicitation Synopsis

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a solicitation to modify the previously awarded contract N00024-24-C-5510, held by Lockheed Martin (LM), 497 Electronics Pkwy, Liverpool, NY 13088, on a sole-source basis for the continued requirement of Design Agent Engineering for the SEWIP AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare (EW) subsystem. The proposed contract modification increases the ceiling on Option Year (OY) 3, OY 4 Level of Effort (LOE) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Cost-only line items.

The proposed contract action is for Design Agent Engineering, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B).
