The City is seeking Proposals from Contractors to be prequalified to bid on the reconstruction of Macdonell Street (Woolwich Street/Wellington Street to Norfolk Street), which is Phase 2, Part A of the Downtown Infrastructure Renewal Program (DTIRP).Requirement of prequalification includes active, ongoing participation in a Construction Review Panel (CRP) as outlined in the RFPQ documents. CRP workshops are anticipated to take place throughout 2027, and issuance of subsequent bid opportunity and construction start in 2028. The City is seeking Proposals from responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
