Prequalification of Roofing Contractors

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Prequalified Contractors for Roofing Projects as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).The prequalification process will select up to ten (10) qualified roofing contractors to be placed on the City’s Qualified Supplier Roster list. Only those roofing contractors selected will be eligible to bid on the City’s roofing quotations for a period of three (3) years. It is the City’s intention that the roofing contractors are expected to act as general contractors assuming the role of constructor and employing subcontractors as part of their projects, when applicable
