Snow Clearing - City Parking Lots

The City is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide snow clearing, snow removal, stockpiling, and related winter maintenance services for City-owned and leased parking facilities operated by Transportation Services – Parking Enterprise. Snow hauling services may be requested by the City on an as-needed basis when snow storage capacity is limited or site conditions warrant removal. Services shall be provided between November 1 and March 31 annually, with additional services outside that period as requested by the City.To ensure contractor availability throughout the winter season, the successful Contractor will receive a standby payment of $3,000.00 per month for each month from November through March (inclusive) during the term of the Contract. The standby payment is intended to compensate the Contractor for maintaining the personnel, equipment, and operational readiness required to respond to City service requests. Additional details regarding the standby payment are provided in the RFQ.The scope of work does not include the supply or application of salt, sand, de-icing agents, or other ice control materials.
