Full Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern Arizona Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) located at 500 Highway 89 North, Prescott, Arizona 86313 has a requirement to replace three 50-year-old facility boilers with new steam boilers. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, certification, supervision, and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with this project. The work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, statement of work, drawings, and schedule of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
