Seventy-eight (78) surface onsite parking spaces are required. Public transportation must be within two blocks of the offered location when and if available. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: FIRST CONSIDERATION shall be given to the City's Central Business District (CBD). North: From 3rd Avenue NE and Route 127, west to 3rd Avenue NW and 5th Street NW, South to 2nd Avenue NW, west to Route 321.
