This announcement is a Sources Sought (market research) Notice. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.


The following draft performance work statement is for Base Operations Preventive Maintenance and Repair (PMR) services (including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning [HVAC], Fire Alarm & Mass Notification Systems, Emergency Lighting & Exit Signs, and Lightning Protection Systems) at Kahuku Training Area (KTA), Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii.


The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified small business firms relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 (Facilities Support Services).


Please provide the following information on your capability statement:
