The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Switchgear and Ancillary Equipment for the facility, located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746. A five-year contract for these services awarded per this IFB solicitation will be effective June 1, 2025. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10:00am ET.
