Model - 1156/38/12 - Serial Number: 13287, Series 1000 Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1 (b) and 13.501, the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonable available. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and data pertinent to their ability to provide the same product/service to meet this requirement no later than May 04, 2012 at 16:30 pm Central Standard Time.
