The purpose of this amendment is to:
a. Include in 1.4.5 Security Clearances, Facility Clearance Level needed for this request.

The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires preventive maintenance services for several critical Mechanical Equipment and cooling systems within the embassy compound.
Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
These services will ensure that the following equipment remains in optimal operating condition:
- Three Modular Scroll Aire-Cooled Chiller, 60 Ton each.
- One Primary Pump module 92-50 HP Single Primary/Standby), located at NOB Building Roof.
- One-50 HP Pump motor Starter/Variable Frequency Drive.
- One Heat Exchanger Module, located at NOB Building roof.
- Fifteen Fan Coil Units, 3 to 10 tons approx.
- One VAV terminal unit.
- Four Exhaust Fans, 500 to 1500 CFM approx.
- One electric Water Heater.
- One Domestic Water booster Pump Skid, Storage Tank and Pump Controller.
The anticipated performance period is for one year, with a maximum of one one-year optional period of performance. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract.
