Suppliers must adhere to updated hazardous materials communication standards, providing Safety Data Sheets and hazard labels in line with OSHA regulations, and ensure personnel training on these updated standards. Non-compliance with these requirements, including timely submission of documentation and adherence to security protocols, may result in order cancellation.
