The scope of work includes the demolition of existing millwork, ceilings, and epoxy leveling slabs, as well as comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and structural upgrades. Key deliverables include the procurement and installation of lead-lined doors, wall murals, and a ceiling-mounted patient lift system.
