This is a Courtesy Posting, please refer to the RFP document for instructions as to how to submit proposals. PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFP is to procure qualified legal publishing print services to support the role and responsibilities of the NMCC as the official legal publisher of the State of New Mexico. The RFP is comprised of the following components for which qualified Offerors propose on one or both: (1) produce, from content provided by the NMCC, the Secretary of State’s printed annual session laws, biennial state Constitution and Election Handbook; and (2) exclusively license a copy of the statutes and rules Word database from the NMCC, extract, produce, sell, ship and collect government and private sales revenue from the New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978® and New Mexico Rules Annotated.
