Printing Services for the General Assembly

Solicitation RFP-MAAA-NK-26-001 seeks a qualified contractor to provide high-volume, deadline-critical Class 1 printing services for the Colorado General Assembly for the 2027 and 2028 legislative sessions, with an option to extend through 2030. The scope of work involves the rapid duplication and secure hand-delivery of official legislative materials, including bills, concurrent resolutions, and daily calendars and journals, to the Colorado State Capitol. Technical requirements include the use of high-speed monochrome presses, PDF/X print-ready standards, and automated page-count auditing to prevent billing for blank pages. All deliverables must be printed on 20# white recycled paper.
