THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT QUOTATIONS ON EACH ITEM SEPARATELY OR AS A WHOLE, AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL QUOTATIONS.
IT IS THE VENDOR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THEIR RESPONSE ENTERED INTO THE PLANETBIDS SYSTEM BEFORE THE APPOINTED DUE DATE AND TIME.
