The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD has awarded a sole source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0001 with Insitu Inc., 118 E. Columbia River Way, Bingen WA, for technical support required in support of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Test Directorate in support of the RQ-21A Blackjack UAS Program. Task Order N0001918F1509 award consist of a base Period of Performance (PoP) of 24 weeks and 3 options with additional 1 month PoPs. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
