Procurement of various fuel products to support post, camps and stations for the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Agencies throughout Colombia.

DLA Energy is seeking proposals under solicitation SP0600-14-R-0205 for the procurement of various fuel products to support Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Agency posts, camps, and stations throughout Colombia. The multi-year requirements over a three-year period include an estimated 815,000 USG of Regular Unleaded Gasohol, 7,041,700 USG of Jet Fuel Aviation Gasoline, and 204,000 USG of High Sulfur Dyed Diesel Fuel #2. Delivery of these materials is expected via airplane, tank truck, or tank wagon. The resulting agreement will be a requirements-type contract featuring a fixed price with economic price adjustment. While DLA Energy intends to conduct negotiations with offerors, they reserve the right to award contracts based on initial submissions. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers for this procurement effort.
