The Company wishes to retain the services of one or more architectural firm(s) with multidisciplinary expertise, particularly, and not limited to, the areas of architecture, urban design, development, sustainable development consultancy, and any other speciality required to meet its needs for projects on a small, medium and large scale, to be carried out at the request of the Company (the “Services”).
As a federal Crown corporation, the Company adheres to various federal government programs, strategies and objectives, including greenhouse gas emission reduction, decarbonization, and sustainable development.
Description of Services :
Depending on the mandates to be carried out, the Preferred Proponent may be required to provide the Services, or part of the Services, indicated below. Mandates may also include stages for independent expertise, consultation and/or budget projection. Thus, in a situation where the Proponent must provide the Services expected, whether in whole or in part, it may be necessary to allow for specific mandates such as consultations, work involving different and/or complementary expertise, and budget estimates for the Services concerned.
Mandates may include different stages. Throughout these stages, the Preferred Proponent will be responsible for the Services, to the full extent of the law. The obligations outlined below are non-comprehensive, and include other services normally connected to the basic services described herein.
