The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified multidisciplinary consulting firms (Consultants) to provide professional architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the development of Portal Park. The deadline for receipt of all submissions is 3:00 PM, September 3, 2026. Prospective Consultants shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package may be requested by emailing the Bulloch County Procurement Director at pfuller@bullochcounty.net or by going to either the Bulloch County website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or the Georgia Procurement Registry: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview.
