The City of Davenport, Iowa (City) is accepting qualifications submittals from interested consultants to provide professional engineering, architectural and related design services for City projects. Multiple consultants will be prequalified from this process, and the prequalified consultants may aid in the planning, design, bid document development, and limited construction period services for a variety of project types. Submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications will be used to evaluate and qualify consultants for work on a variety of future City projects. Successful consultants may be eligible for work in each of the categories based on their specific expertise as demonstrated in their response to this Request for Qualifications. The successful candidates will be provided with opportunities for contracts approved through about March 2029. Qualifications may be submitted for the following project categories: Retaining Walls Bridges Buildings and Architectural Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Public Utilities Street Improvements Traffic Engineering Surveying Construction Inspection Qualifications must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
